Apologies to those readers, a miniscule band by now, who've been making their way here of their own accord, as opposed to having been deposited here by Google. My work on this, which has consumed more or less all my time these past six weeks or so, is over. This means I ought to be able to start posting again properly.
While I cook up something substantive, let me direct you to the online books section of the Times, in particular to the 'What they're saying about ...' column, a much more comprehensive version, encompassing blogs as well as newspapers and magazines, of the Guardian's 'Critical eye'. This week they round up opinion on Milan Kundera's The Curtain, which I reviewed here. (Hat-tip: The Literary Saloon.)
